We believe everyone must play a part in building a diverse and inclusive community and it begins with learning more about one another and recognizing the challenges, biases and issues that underrepresented and minority groups face.
Topgolf’s Playmaker-led Diversity Resource Groups (DRGs) foster a diverse, inclusive workplace and serve as places to share bold and courageous conversations among peers and leaders. Our DRGs are for Playmakers to be heard, supported, celebrated and valued for their talents, experience and expertise.
We are strongest when we stand in solidarity under the Topgolf Shield. We believe that by doing this work, we will all be better for it.

Black Associate Network Group
Strengthening and deepening our sense of community in Topgolf, the Black Associate Network Group strives to deliver educational content to all, showcase the value creation of existing African American associates and support the recruitment, development, advancement, and retention of African Americans at Topgolf.
Topgolf WOMAN seeks to make a difference by elevating the impact of women and their voices within the workplace and community. WOMAN stands for Women's Opportunities Mentorship Allyship Networking.
