Driving for Good
Topgolf is a place that cares. It’s one of our cultural values and also a promise. We offer competitive benefits to support Topgolf families as well as a Topgolf Cares hardship fund that is fully funded by voluntary donations from Associates. This fund can be activated for natural disasters or tragedies that impact one of our own.
Topgolf also champions giving back to the communities we serve and has empowered Associates to volunteer at various organizations. In 2019 alone, Topgolf Associates volunteered over 19,000 hours of their time and also helped host over 3,500 charitable events at Topgolf venues across the country.
