Event Sales Admin
Gain sales experience in this entry-level hourly role! You support the sales team in executing the important behind-the-scenes admin tasks including inbound calls and emails, assign sales leads into rotation, and you help keep the sales office organized and clean. Without you, our efforts to provide best-in-class service with hospitality for our Guests would be impossible.

Sales Account Manager
You are responsible for selling the exciting experience of Topgolf. You create, manage, and foster client relationships and focus on building the perfect event for corporate clients, assist with social market bookings and deliver outstanding guest service through all stages of the sales process to ensure repeat business and referrals.

Director of Sales
You could sell a dog to a cat! You are a brand ambassador who will lead a team to build brand awareness, nurture strong community partnerships, develop and drive strategies to generate repeat and new business.

Regional Director of Sales
You are a natural strategic thinker and leader with a successful track record in growing sales and are responsible for sales strategy and execution. You support venues in your region in terms of resources and needs to maximize sales event revenue.

A Day in the Life
Our sales offices are fast paced with consistent mid to heavy inbound leads. 95% of your day will be spent on the phone and in front of your computer qualifying leads, upselling guests, contacting guests in our data base and prospecting new business. Once a sale is contracted the Sales associate will be responsible for overseeing all details (food/beverage, requests, final guest count and payment, etc.) through the follow up after the event takes place.

Topgolf is a growing brand with several sales opportunities. The venue business is rapidly growing with about locations opening every year. In addition to venues, we have several extensions of Topgolf that have sales roles such as National Event Sales and the Dallas Office, Toptracer, Swing Suites, Partnerships, International venues, Topgolf Live, and Lounge by Topgolf.
Director of Sales
A Day in the Life
This is a non-selling role in most venues. Your main responsibility is to coach, train, and mentor the sales team in support of team sales goals. You will meet with team members, assess progress toward goals, participate in meetings and networking inside and outside Topgolf. You also meet with the Director of Operations to review budgets and sales forecasts, and report on any issues affecting sales teams and sales goals as well as participate in weekly BEO meetings.

The next step in the career path is traditionally a promotion to Regional Sales Manager, and then to a National Director of Events and Group Products. Many Directors of Sales and Sales Managers at Topgolf have moved into roles on the corporate Sales team including National Tournament Directors, Sponsorship Sales, and National Account Sales, as well as roles in Training and Analytics.
