FRONT OF HOUSE OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT

Hospitality Manager

You are ready for the next step on your leadership journey. You will be Player-facing and lead a team while focusing on specific areas of responsibility to maximize the Playmaker experience and drive excellence to ensure every Player visit is memorable.

Food & Beverage Manager

You thrive on innovation and have a passion for developing others. You will be a hands-on leader to a large team across the BOH and FOH, including managers and will play a pivotal role in achieving key metrics, maximizing efficiencies, and implementing best practices.

Golf Services Manager

Excellence is your middle name! You will be Player-facing and lead a team focused on maximizing the Player experience through education and training and you will oversee activities associated with our game system to ensure we deliver a best-in-class experience.

Operations Manager

You have a proven track record of developing people and delivering results through your team. As a partner to the Director of Operations, you will oversee the daily operations, foster an inclusive and safe space that empowers our Playmakers to thrive. You will be a culture keeper, barrier remover, coach and mentor to a team dedicated to making Topgolf a place our Playmakers chose to call home and our Players chose to celebrate life-events and have fun.

As a key partner to the Executive Chef, you will help ensure the success of overall kitchen operations. A role in leading and developing future Chefs while delivering timely, quality food to maximize Player satisfaction.

Show off your management and organization skills by leading a team of skilled Chefs and novices in delivering high quality dishes to our Players. You will ensure that cleanliness and safety protocols are followed. Maintain a cooperative relationship with fellow Playmakers.

FACILITIES MANAGEMENT

Assistant Facilities Manager

You are a hands-on leader who is skilled in leading a top-notch maintenance team. You will drive the Player experience by ensuring our technology is in optimal condition and the facility is safe and pristine. You will also navigate vendor relationships and maintain compliance internal and external safety standards.
